Series limited to 15 Participants of all levels.  Beginner friendly.

Enjoy dancing to all your favorite showgirl cardio tracks, a full-body strength routine

and extra juicy stretch session each class.

 

Please wear appropriate workout attire and closed-toed athletic sneakers.

Bring plenty of water with you to each class.
